Despite their limited English, they went out of their way to make our stay mind-blowingly enjoyable. The size and cleanliness of the room, with its jaw-droppingly comfortable bed and walk-in shower, exceeded our expectations. The easy access to the metro and nearby bus stops made exploring the city a breeze. We were super impressed with the hotel's features, such as the free Wi-Fi, luggage storage, 24-hour reception, and flat-screen TV. The lift was a convenient addition, and we were thrilled that pets were allowed. the hotel is fairly clean, with kind personal, and offers good and great location just next door to marseilles as well as train station and port vieux. the room is huge and clean with a balcony.

The venue is fairly clean, with exceptionally nice and absolutely perfect location very close to the metro and a tram also about 10 minutes walk away. Extremely friendly and attentive staff, the breakfasts are good with of course freshly-squeezed orange juice.

Had very nice stay during family vacation, the staff were top-class, location was PEACEFUL in the city center. There were extremely comfy beds and central heating, a work desk and a TV set inside the room. The hotel met requirements.

I had a nice stay at a hotel in Marseille. The room was spacious, although the bathroom was a bit small. The shower worked well, but the toilet was a bit uncomfortable. The breakfast was average and the staff was friendly and available. The hotel's location was convenient, as it was easy to reach the old port and other attractions by car, bus, or metro. There were also affordable restaurants and supermarkets nearby.

Friendly helpful front desk staff. Good position opposite La Timone hospital if visiting patients there, but a fair distance from old port, etc. However, good metro and tram links to centre of town.
